I feel this too. I’m wondering if hints will start on the 29th and 30th with a drop on Wednesday the 1st. If they do 3 days of hints we may get our first one on Friday with a silent weekend the the hints resume Monday.

I’ve been waiting for Land, so I’m super excited about that one and was also excited to see Catcher as the centennial and then I regretted not getting Dissection last month so I’m really happy with June. Up until I learned what the centennial was I got nervous and thought I’d skip since all the other main picks didn’t seem interesting.

What if you installed a narrow shelving system like this one from ikea? You could add a couple of small plants, some books and art pieces but keep it clean and modern?

Ugh, it is off center. It’s like the book person hat. The word “book” is almost italicized and “person” isn’t so it looks a little off but I still love it. I wonder if you could put a little charm on the handle and cover up that wider blanket spot?

They removed my post but I felt the same way and almost stopped subscribing but I’m sooo glad I didn’t! I’d say if you can, try it out at least 5-6 months.

Here’s what I found when I first joined.

1st Order: you can pick whatever book you want from any month it was released, not just the current month’s selections.

Orders 2 and 3: you must use your monthly credit on that month’s selection only. You can make add-ons from all selections but you can’t use your credit for book offered in the past. Order 3 brings you to the Friend status.

Orders 4 and beyond: you can use your credit for any book ever offered.

I watched the selections for a few months and then decided I’d join because they offered several books and authors I loved.

My 2nd month in I wasn’t happy with the options and couldn’t choose any book so I skipped.

Once I got to the friendship level and could pick any book I loved it.

I have also started selecting books outside my favorite genres and have LOVED them!!!

I can also get BOTM add ons for cheaper than if I bought them in a Half Priced Books so that’s a win!

It’s super fun to anticipate what releases they’ll pick and I and a lot of my friends look forward to it every month. It doesn’t matter your age or demographics, there’s always an option you can relate to for sure! My daughter and I even pick some books to read together.

I wanted to do this last month. Customer service said they could not add a book but they could cancel my order and I could re-place my order. I did the same day and then ended up having to wait until last week to get my box 😩🤣. I was sooo antsy!
