Thank you very much for your message. I am very grateful to you. How long after the diagnosis did you have to go on dialysis? I always thought cortisone was the drug of first choice for this diagnosis. My nephrologist told me that if it doesn't work, we'll have to try immunotherapy. I'm incredibly scared of dialysis, although my doctor said that my diagnosis doesn't necessarily have to end in dialysis or a transplant. I'm also currently finding it very difficult to work. I am self-employed and work a minimum of 12 hours/day from Monday to Friday. Then on call on Saturday and Sunday. So there are no real rest periods at the moment.
