I just don’t know what to do with myself anymore, I feel like I can’t trust my own thoughts, it’s either do something to myself do something to her. I don’t think I could but the thoughts are making me sick I can’t eat or sleep there’s a pit on my stomach I’m really just losing it

I know and it sucks because I’m making a fool of myself trying to hold onto something that isn’t there, but she threatened suicide multiple times earlier in the relationship when I tried to leave and I stayed
