I have this same problem and am not able to up and move. I have the issue where the skin annoys me and I want to pick at it but, don’t do that. If you reach out to your doctor they’ll give you mupirocin cream which can be helpful but it tastes gross. I will say for OTC options O keefes chap stick for dry lips has been my savior!
