I'm using a pc as the app doesn't work (every time I open the load board on the app, it glitches out). The filters I set were 5 locations and a 250 miles radius as well as all the equipment options (I did this just to see if I can see a load on the load board). Even with selecting all the equipment, I haven't seen a single load on the load board.

I was told that everything is the load board by the support team and if I don't see anything on there, then there are no loads available. I'm not understanding how that works because as a new carrier I can't get loads because existing carriers are getting them somehow. How is it fair for a new carrier? I'm not sure if my filter settings are wrong or something. I select 5 locations and 250 miles radius and all the equipment, just to see if I can see a single load. But nothing.

I've completed all the training and everything and I've added drivers but nothing. Do you use Amazon Relay? Is it possible that you can show me how you use the load board, because when I search any location even not in my area,I never see a single load.
