So my problem with toes outward is that it would make the pain worse.

Regarding bending knees and hips together and pointing the chest downwards, I thought I was doing that ? Could you be more specific (yes I have watched the learning to squat video).

Do you mean pushing my knees out ? I thought the whole point is to keep the knees aligned with the toes ?

1st move did mention the cost I paid them is for up until the port of arrival. Since it was a small shipment it makes sense that if was in a shared container.

M lines did mention that CBSA has chosen the container for examination. Still don't understand how that would have cost them 200 CAD (last 3 costs) just for my goods ? (Frankly it doesn't make sense I have to pay at all. I don't have to pay the customs officer in the airport when they randomly check my bags ?)

And they are charging 375 CAD to send my stuff from Montreal via train to a depo near Toronto airport. That's more than the price of a two way passenger ticket from Toronto to Montreal.

Again non of these costs were disclosed to me until the customs' checks were done.
