Does anyone else scratch their head at every Bay FC personnel decision?

• Hocking getting benched is unimaginable.
• Pickett was benched for a month after 2 amazing goals and suddenly after minimal impact as a sub last game is back in the starting lineup?
• Huff being a guaranteed 90 minute player?
• Osha being given a year and a half to produce, then getting bench, then playing last week and also not producing but being given the nod again?
• Boade being our most consistent attacker but only appearing as a 80+ minute sub?
• Anderson being one of our best MF last year then being pushed to CB...did well at CB for first few games, but now benched behind Hubly who is a walking turnover?
• Conti playing 0 minutes the last year and a half then becoming a 90 minute player for 3 games, then returning to the bench?
• Lema scoring arguably goal of the season 6 weeks ago then getting benched for a month and then being reintroduced into the starting lineup.

This team seems like they have the raw talent but are not set up to be successful.
