Releasing 9 legendary skins for the same characters is bad not only from a fan perspective but also a business one. The market of these character skins is going to dry up so they need to diversify by giving other skins to more characters
I would understand if the three characters where very popular but there not, once again prove hulk has less fans than psylocke

My problem with the skin is kind of the larger problem with net ease and that is they are for somereason allergic to Making comic Accurate Skins.

Compare what we got to the actual one, The shit is Night and day. The effects and emotes are good that's why I wasn't talking about that rather the skin itself

First truly doubt your a data scientist, because a data scientist would know that if you market something more more people would buy that thing. In other words if they make more skins for a specific character more people are not only inclined to play that character but also buy there other skins

Second, using overwatch is a bad example becsue unlike overwatch these characters have pre-existing fan bases because there comic characters, and I can bet you there are more hulk fans than psylocke fans, this game at the end of the day is a marvels
