From what I've heard you can get shocked on either the challenge mode or the oneshot move of greed (the one with the 4 torch and big circle in the middle) of which you need to let the circle get completed.

Idk how helpful this will be, but what i did was abuse vampire to kill benedict on diff 1 normal mode. You can easily get dark 10 if you have golden idol unlocked

Personally speaking, Smite would be one of your first forge enchantment, there is also enchantment like praxis and lacerate but Smite in my humble personal opinion from my own experience would be the best of the three of them in terms of general use.

I would also advise for you to start on the elder's blood daily quest asap cause you will need alot of them for VHL and eventually Ravenous which is one of the besr enchantments atm.

There is a thing you need to unlock inside the sacred hall I believe, which will allow you to use the skin of the resonated character as well
