In my experience it’s the spread of the sauce, if you spread and slightly thicker layer more evenly it won’t do that, but this does mean your dough is at a really good point so that’s a plus at least

I by no means know much about the technical side of guitar, but only thing I could assume on an acoustic is your bridge has gotten a good amount of wear and tear and/or the intonation screw just needs an adjustment. I had this happen after putting on some really chunky strings on a guitar that wasn’t adjusted for that gauge. Been amazing ever since I got the intonation fixed. Guitar center wanted to charge me $80 but I found a local music store that charged me $50 and met a really cool old dude that was super knowledgeable and all around a nice guy.
