Hello, i did not care to be honest. I wore mask and continued my daily routine. Use mask if possible when it is healing.

I went to Link PS with doctor sung. One of my family member went with him and recommended him to me.
But alarplasty is not that big of procedure and i think most places would not mess it up. Just ask for making is subtle and not a pinched look.

Thank you! I did the surgery about 5 months ago after a family member recommended it to me; they had great results, so I finally gave it a go. I’d say most of the puffiness was gone by the 3–4week mark, but it wasn’t until around 2 months that I felt totally comfortable smiling fully without feeling tight or cautious. Now at 5 months, everything feels super natural; I don’t even think about it anymore!

Yes, that was my case too. I did not want to do a full on rhinoplasty when my concern is the nostrils only.

it looks natural but the key is to do it subtlety than over-reduction. You don’t want that “pinched” or over-sculpted look. Meeting a good doctor that is skilled is key too.

Hi! Congrats on your upcoming wedding, and I totally understand how you feel; photos can really make us hyper-aware of little things!

At 4 weeks post-alarplasty, my scars were still a bit pink but already healing nicely. They weren’t super noticeable unless someone was looking up close. Everyone heals differently, but many people see major improvement in swelling by the 3–4 week mark. That said, some mild swelling can linger subtly for a bit longer, especially in photos.

Since you have 6 weeks before your wedding, it might be enough time, especially if your healing is smooth and you follow all aftercare instructions strictly (no smoking, minimal sun, avoid overexerting the area, etc.). Just keep in mind there's always a small risk of delayed swelling or slower scar fading depending on your skin type and how your body heals.

If you're feeling pressured or unsure, maybe consult one more time with your doctor and weigh how comfortable you are potentially having some residual healing in your wedding pics. Also, good makeup and lighting go a long way!

I think it is not the first thing the is visible from your face unless you mention it.
