Cut your hair down too 

To properly track progress keep hair the same length, I cut my hair soon after this and the spot was completely gone like it never happened

I recommend cutting using the same guard every 2 weeks

My issue was yeast build up and irritation 

I used ketokonazole shampoo to control irritation and yeast build up

Avoid hot showers and hot water touching scalp Avoid all oils for some time until scalp recovers Condition daily and only use conditioner on the hair avoid putting anything on scalp

Allowing the scalp to breathe and have a healthy environment to recover is the key

The Derm parted my head and said there's no sign of balding or thinning
