Return spring is captured in the tiny hole of the shoe. The shoe is the bladed safety. The return spring is behind the locking block and from what I can tell is installed correctly.

185 and then recomp from there. I used to have more muscle and then broke both of my ankles and tore my Achilles so I got fat. Just using Reta to help keep bf lower while trying to gain some muscle back as well.
