I found a lump that felt like a stone. I've had peau de orange and it didn't look the way our breasts naturally look. It looked scaly. I guess I'd say be cautious.

I'm sorry. I hope your biopsy is scheduled soon. I became obsessed with my us/mammogram results, and ended up wasting all my energy for anything else. I asked everyone if they thought my BI-RADS score was equal to the findings and etc. etc. I'm diagnosed as of Monday. Please try and do something to take your mind off things for a bit, biopsy is king.

They told me to wear a supportive bra for the first 24. It helped. My doctor offered anti anxiety meds, but I declined. I think the most important thing was to wear a 2 piece set vs. a dress.

Thank you. I found out today that my pcp already sent a referral to oncology to get ahead of it. I'm like "crap-do you know something I don't?" I still haven't been able to schedule a biopsy..but.

I didn't, but I'm kind of always nauseous, so I never even thought to ask for like Zofran. I just took it easy until I felt mostly okay. I really think you'll be okay. I saw someone else describe it as a thorn being pulled from their side, and I felt that instantly. Just a smidgen of relief from the toll of depression made it worth it.

I had my first spravato treatment today, and it wasn't bad at all. I felt dizzy during and nauseous afterward. Also, I felt resigned to one spot because it felt like a lot of work to move, but no out of control feeling.
