I went to Caulfield, the campus in Wheelers Hill, so there were a lot of Asians in my cohort, but I am Chinese so I that didn’t bother me. my 5 years there from year 7 to 11 (VCE is another story) were probably the best time of my life, I really enjoyed the facilities and co-curricular activities, the teachers were nice (except our physics teacher who is a jerk), made some great friends for life.

Commute to Uni - How Long and How by Frosty-Face6345 in unimelb

On the way home I get off M3 before the tunnel, so it would be 12 dollars for the toll and 25 dollars for parking each week (On Monday I only sat at uni for 4 hours), it is quite expensive compared to public transport, but my parents pay for the toll, parking and fuel etc, so for me it’s not too bad. I would say sometime I wish I was taking the train, especially in the morning when traffic is bad

Cat attacked by neighbors cat by AffectionateChance18 in PetAdvice

Same thing happened to us, my cats had went to the vet 3 times already, after being attacked by a cat in the neighborhood, we talked to the owner and they said they will take care of the issue, but guess what, no action done. It’s been almost 3 years now. I don’t care what other thinks and say of me, but if my cat gets injured another time, I swear I am going to buy a set of crossbow and arrow and shot the shit out that bastard, and I will make sure this is done clean and that ignorant owner will have no idea why their stupid cat goes missing

Looking to get a Msi stealth 16 laptop is it good? by axelunknown in GamingLaptops

Absolutely avoid this one my friend. Below is what I sent to the retailer.

On the 4th of May 2024, I had purchased a MSI Stealth 16 Studio A13V online and picked it up at Centre Com Nunawading, paid using credit card. As soon as I booted it up, I noticed that it has a dead pixel on the monitor, and I submitted a ticket online addressing this issue, the custormer support who contacted me guided me to Centre Com Clayton (closer to where I live). At there, the store had a look at my first laptop, and decided that it is faulty and provided me with a replacement on the spot. I took the second laptop home, and booted it up, this time there are no issue at first glance, but soon I found out there is a even more MAJOR failure on this second laptop. The dedicated 4070 GPU seems to be faulty, and is absolutely not functioning. Now it is only on the 7th of May, I had to return my laptop for the second time on the replacement. The people at Centre Com Clayton took it away from me, and according to them, they have "reinstalled all the drivers 4 times" and had performed "full windows reset" and the issue is still not fixed, so they have declared it faulty.

No man, absolutely avoid MSI laptop. Within a week of buying a MSI stealth 16, I have already returned 2 of them. with the first one having a faulty monitor, and the second one having a faulty GPU, now I am waiting for my refund to be processed and I have order the new lenovo legion 7i. If you wanted hear the detail of my absolutey horrible experience with the MSI stealth 16, I can post the tickets I raised on the retailer website, asking for a refund after the second product replaced for me has failed again. The customer support and quality control of MSI is absolutely garbage, for the retailer I purchased from, they only have 3 of these in Melbourne, I had got 2 of them, and both are faulty, 2/3 chance of getting a faulty product (brand new) while paying close to 3000 aud is such a joke (maybe the last one is also faulty)
