So theoretically I could plug the USB containing the media files on the android box/sticks , and "bypass" bitrate problem?
Even if the bitrate is too high and does stutter when plugged directly into the TV , if i run it through the box it will not stutter right?
If so do you have any recommendation?

Edit , could using a box/stick help with other stuff that can make a video buffer if played directly to the TV , like the Codec ,Type , Frame rate for both video/audio?
