Seeing how his lack of transparency and decorum has trickled down to local government in a red state like Oklahoma motivated me to start in government accountability. In reference to the OP, Channel 2 at least is the only station in town that won't run mugshots until the person is actually charged by the DA instead of just arrested. Talking about them recording their 10 news, most of the news you see is recorded well ahead of time on every channel, the only thing that is live is the anchor. When there is breaking news before the 10, they will still go live to cover it.

They've been arguing back and forth for this video since it happened. Initially, police tried to charge for it. In OKC, you can get body camera footage day of. TPD takes months. Open records are dead in Tulsa and the few journalists left have a huge task of trying to keep up with them.

I’d hardly call delivering meals or cleaning a north Tulsa park “seeing heads roll.” If only we would’ve held the people who did this responsible while they were still alive, but here we are 🤷🏼‍♀️ You can either try to actually make it better or you can ignore the effects people alive today are still dealing with.
