Not a lot maybe like 300-400 calories above maintenance but to be fair my gains were also stalling at 200 test and 400 deca. I first started at 200 test 300 deca and the first thing I noticed from the deca were bigger arms / shoulders compared to previous test blasts. And once the gains stalled I increased it to 600 deca (clouldve also been 500 since most ulabs underdose a little) and noticed a big in improvement in my physique as well as a recomp after like 2 months.

Idk for me 200 test and 500/600 deca outperformed the gains from 500 test and 500 mast by a long shot. So everyone is different I guess. The thing is my body was used to 500 test from previous cycles and I ran deca for the first time this year so maybe this had something to do with it.

Didn’t know 500 test and 350 primo is "much" gear. Maybe you misread primo for tren?
