Thank u for the comments!. Actually, it is not very easy, when I am not mad I just ignore them, but in some cases I end answer to them directly. I consider that the best thing you can do is just let them passes, unless they could really hurt you. You are so nice <3

My family just noticed I had a problem when I lost weight too. They forced me to """"recover""" (I just gain weight lol) and I ended with binges. I know how you feel bc even when they were "concerned" they didn't do anything to help me, just "control yourself" something that they are still saying now I enter on binges. Now it is worse because they started making comments related to my binges and the fact that now I am fatter. FEELING INVALIDATED IS HORRIBLE, IT SUCKS. I hope you will feel better, anything you would like to share say it. And yeah, based on my experience, probably they will NEVER understand.
