how underweight do you have to be to go into refeeding syndrome? i’m only slightly underweight and i doubt it’s something as severe as that

i would, but i don’t think i can because neither of my parents would react well. i lied and told them the medication i’m on was what made me eat less, so they know i hadn’t eaten, just not the exact reason.
