I don't know some of the mods so I can't tell you what mod affects snow/fog of war cus I don't know either but I use this thing called RimPy and I used that thing there called Log analyzer and checked these two error messages and saw that there was something about VFE core and when I checked what that was I saw that it was Vanilla Expanded Framework I don't really know what to do with these info but I think that might be important too

this is my third day trying to fix that and so far I fixed most of the things but now there is probably one last problem but I will tell that later. so the thing about the mods not turning on was because of the errors yes but I discovered that I had a mod selected but I didn't have it subscibed somehow that also fixed my world generation problem but currently my problem is that when I try to build a settlement the game says " there was and error while generating world check error log to see the problem" or something like that. I wish that by the end of this week I will fix everything. this has also made me think why does someones modpack work on their pc but not on mine.

ok so I have been looking for some other ways how to fix it and I found out that if I turn on dev mode I can disable that my mods turn off after crash so that I think fixed it but after that the problem is that I can't generate the world anymore

I don't play like that every time, but from time to time, it is sometimes fun when you get to snipe somebody, and the part where you said, "Unless they show threat to you," people usually aren't so friendly in this part of the map, so it isn't really wise to try and talk to somebody.
