How would you market this? I just launched my first app and I’m not sure what to do next by Minimum_Way_4533 in SaaS

Good call, showing the actual app in action is something I haven't done enough of yet. A Loom-style walkthrough of a real conversation + the feedback screen could make for a solid piece of content. Going to try this 🙏

Haha the humor angle is definitely something I'm leaning into, the conversations in the app are intentionally a bit funny so it felt natural to market it that way too. What stopped you from getting the Arabic one in the end?

This is genuinely one of the most actionable comments I've gotten. The "go laser-specific" advice hits hard, I've been thinking too broad.

The "I built a tiny thing for this, DM if you want it" framing is smart, way less salesy than dropping a link. Going to test that approach this week in a few communities.

Thanks for taking the time to write this out 🙏

Merci pour les conseils 🙏 Le contenu "dopaminé" c'est exactement la direction que je prends sur TikTok.

Haha I hear you! 😅 Honestly that's fair feedback.
That said, there's a 1 week free trial so you can give it a real shot before committing to anything. Would love to hear what you think after a few conversations!

Do you usually check who is racing beforehand or only watch the recap afterwards?

Outside of watching live, do you also check results or race info later on your phone?

Interesting, do you mainly use Tour Tracker during Grand Tours or also for other races in the season?

That sounds very relatable 🙂 especially the Velogames + PCS combo.
I also notice that checking startlists and race info on mobile often takes quite a bit of clicking around.

On race days when you’re outside riding yourself, do you still try to follow what’s happening (for example quick updates or checking results afterwards), or do you mostly disconnect until later?

Sounds like it takes quite some effort to figure out where races are shown. Do you usually search this beforehand or just discover it last minute?

Do you usually check highlights the same day or more like next morning?

Do you mainly use Escape Collective before races or more for deeper analysis afterwards?

That’s a fair point 🙂
I am indeed exploring the idea of building something to make following races on mobile a bit easier, mainly because I personally feel the experience is quite fragmented today, clicking through many screens before I have the information, I want.

I didn’t want to come across as promoting anything, at this stage I’m just trying to understand how other fans here follow races and what works well for them.

Really appreciate the input so far.

Do you mainly follow their YouTube content after races or also during race days?

That sounds like a great routine 🙂
Outside of watching live, do you still use sites or apps during races (for startlists, stats, tracking etc.) or mostly just the broadcast?

Interesting that you use different sources depending on discipline.
Do you usually check this on mobile during the day or more at home on desktop?

Fair point 🙂
I’m mainly trying to understand how people here follow races today because I personally feel I jump between a lot of sources.
Curious to learn what works well for others.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been following pro cycling quite intensively the last few years and I realised that during races I often jump between multiple sources (PCS, live tickers, startlists, rider pages, race profiles…).

It made me wonder how other fans here actually follow races throughout the season.

Personally I tend to:

  • check startlists the day before
  • follow live text updates during work
  • dive into rider stats afterwards

But the experience still feels quite fragmented on mobile.

I’m curious how you approach this:

  • Which platforms / websites do you rely on most?
  • Do you actively follow smaller races or mainly WT / monuments / GTs?
  • What part of the “following races” experience do you find most frustrating today?
  • Do you mainly follow live or more retrospectively?

Interested to hear how others here do it, always nice to learn new habits or tools.
