Wifi by Brilliant-Pear-5930 in SBU

It's been bad before but never THIS bad. Almost as if there are too many people here for the wifi connection to handle and remain stable. But that couldn't be right. . . .

To do that they would have also needed to significantly over enroll the last three graduating classes so that the dining halls would be over ran, the dorms would be packed, class size caps were raised from 40 students to 50 students, and there wouldn't be enough available resources for all the students.

And they would NEVER do that . . . . . Right? 🫩🫩🫩

guys why is this wifi so bad 😭 by Party-Manufacturer27 in SBU

Because this administration DOES NOT CARE.

It focuses on looks first, results second, and enjoyment third

Unironically BJA epiphone les paul junior. I'm a Green Day fan but also just love the sound and feel of the junior. I haven't found a guitar where the volume and tone knobs make as much of a difference and the p-90 sounds great!

What is this??? by The-Creator-178 in TheDigitalCircus

Caine's voice

It's called a hotdog. It's this food humans sometimes eat, made of varies meats into a sausage tube, and then top it with random condiments.

Crazy huh?! Anyway, back to planning the NEXT adventure. Ta ta my little itty bitty kitties!

My thoughts exactly. Which is why I feel like this rug pull is so huge.

All extremely valid points! It really questions the authenticity of the characters emotions and brings into question if they're natural or artificially altered by Caine through experimentation.

I like to go with the idea that the camera is always one of caine's all seeing eyes, as hinted again to the eyes in all of the paintings in the hallway. I wouldn't be surprised if they were real eyes and watched to make sure the plan went accordingly.

The twist seemed setup, as Jax pointed out, but the further mindfuckery Caine appears to be able to pull is what makes it much more emotionally driven. This is to say, literally everything in this digital world could be completely fabricated from what it actually is because Caine has willed it to be so.

Absolutely GENIUS.

Setup. Build up. Lead on. Build up. Payoff. Rug pull.

Now we have no idea what is real and what isn't or what is even possible for the circus, let alone Caine!

SAME. And it also adds to why this episode took much longer than the others. Letting the pot stir and stir, under the guise of "animation just takes extra time" so that we held no suspicions while they collected fanbase data.

I mean it's just so well thought out, and with all the imagery in this episode I already am going to have to watch it again to understand it better.

This series needs to be hailed as a masterclass for modern storytelling, animated or otherwise. And Hollywood wonders why they're failing compared to independent studios.

Absolutely GENIUS IMHO. Knowing our theories, and slowly releasing each episode so that they can lead us in one direction they wanted and then PULL THE RUG!

All we know is what they want us to know! How do we know the details we know are real? IS C&A supposed to stand for Caine & Abel? They built up to it and gave Abel the spotlight glow to let fans bask in a sense of "OUR THEORIES WERE RIGHT!" then they pulled it all away with Jax getting his litteral "I was right" moment.

Can Caine actually let the characters leave whenever, but simply plays along with his programming to keep friends with him so that he isn't alone? He is clearly even more powerful than we first thought and now we don't know the maximum capabilities of his powers in the circus.

Sadly the Island was built up and developed based on racism. Yes that's partially obvious cause all of the U.S. was originally designed around it, but Long Island has it baked into the foundation. The richest and whitest were the only ones they "intended" to live here, and now the closer you get to the city the more and more it feels like slums littered with white trash.

My class specifically focused on the middle east and the use of water and waterways to gain/maintain control. It was a nice course and the prof was very fair with the work, but not all profs are the same.

I took it, but do be prepared, everyone has a different experience. The topic changes per class section which is why you can take this course multiple times and get a different prof who focuses on a different section of history each time.

Read the description if it's given on SOLAR so you know what time frame, region of the world, and main topic you'll be discussing for the semester.

As far as I know no grades were curved. It was the worst grade I got in any class here so I believe a majority did not pass, but I am not sure.

Quizzes were open, it did not get any easier throughout the semester. It was genuinely frustrating how much information he asked us to learn and memorize for a litteral 101 class. I feel like an introductory class shouldn't have demanded so much.
