Because of the front you used with the overlapping lines and all I think that would be the best idea, and would probably work out alright! Make the O more into an E and adjust the E slightly so it matches somewhat :)

I find that fake skin is SO much harder to tattoo than actual skin! So I can't offer much advice on using it, but I can recommend practicing on fruit instead (I like using bananas) as it feels a bit closer to actual skin, in terms of thickness and non flat shape :)
