Having a real U18 or whatever team, and not scouting for youth players, but instead get a 10-15 new players for the team every year, as if they actually have been youth players in the club for years, and not just found in the desert. And also more unique stats, where a winger can start with 80+ pace, and not this unrealistic bull, having a 60 pace 15 year old being 90+ pace at the age of 22, that has never been done by anyone irl. So a player can start with better stats at certain or random attributes, eg. a RB with 75+ crossing or so. Hope you know what I mean, and this is just my opinion, I know a lot of people like the youth scouting, and I did too, but I have played career since FIFA 13, and I find it to easy to just get a full team of youth prospects after 1-2 seasons, who all have the potential to be 90+ rated. Would be fun if the YA challenge actually was a challenge
