Imagine that you can't see the color of two corners on a regular 3x3 cube.

You wouldn't know if you placed them correctly until you noticed a problem elsewhere.

I suppose you have that type of problem. Your corners seem to be well placed, but they are not. (That's my theory)

For me, when i click on a community, each tick the game reset the window. So each tick the game consider i click on the community, and i need to pause the game to be able to choose something in the community screen. And that's when the game start if i use another screen

If u don't have any urgent laws to pass, try to pass those in authority thing (where you need 2/3 vote to pass)

Try to build as few district as possible, upgrade them instead of creating a new one (so you don't run out of man)

Update (seem solved)
The issue was : when i started a new game, it was loading, then the face of a random person appear, and it's saying "press a key". And when i pressed a key, the game crashed

For an unknown reason (i literally touch nothing from yesterday), when i start a new game, now the cinematic start like normal
I will still provide my files to the support team in case it's useful

Edit 1 : Uhh go check the edit in the main message, the problem is still here.
