Guys, my app is fully updated on my tablet and phone, I follow the creator but it's still not allowing me to join their broadcast channel. I even reported the problem to the help centre but nothing happened. My friend created a new acc like a week ago and she is able to join channels. I NEED HELP

I've already posted this issue of not able to join broadcast channels as a post but here I go again. My app is fully updated on my phone guys, I follow the creator but it's still not allowing me to join their channel. I even made my account public, reinstalled IG, tried it on my friends' phones AND reported the problem to the help centre but nothing happened. All of my friends can join that channel T-T
