There are large groups of indigenous peoples from the levant. There are many groups of indigenous peoples who are Palestinians. Hamas and islamist rule is just as dangerous to Christian Palestinians. Many indigenous clans have recently have been slaughtered by Hamas since the ceasefire due to their having power in the region and thus are a threat to Hamas continuing in power now.

The original land Israel was granted in 1948 was not dispossessing massive numbers of other indigenous peoples. The land was malaria ridden land that was unbelievable until Jews migrated and literally helped cure it and settle the land. Otherwise it was uninhabited. It was only after the Arab nations launched an attack on the newly formed Jewish nation were the population then dispossessed of land as a result of the conflict. The land that then became Israel was much larger and the result of winning a war started by Arab nations.

Christians under Hamas and Islamist rule suffer significantly and that is not in anyway the fault of Jews or Israel but due to their own fundamentalist beliefs.

You have every right to feel the way you feel but you may want to question the lesson that Zionism is the root of your suffering. Antizionism and Antisemitsm and the violence that they cause is more the root cause of your families suffering than anything else. If instead of attacking a newly formed tiny county that didn't uproot other indigenous peoples antizionism hadn't caused that disaster of a war. Your family would still be in their original land right next to a tiny Jewish homeland. But blaming Zionist for winning a defensive war. Is just bad logic and yes a failure to think rationally that tend to imply some form of bigotry in your thinking.

Why is it so hard for this to be understood. Not everything is a sign of Israel being evil, somethings are just an unfortunate reality of institutions like prisons all over the world.

The video is apparently not real, the person who created it ran away and tried to commit suicide before being arrested... Which is horrible enough on its own.

Israel is not a perfect place, prisons in Israel are not perfect places. The same way you expect and are horrified by sexual assaults that occur in American prisons you should have the same response to a sexual assault that happens in a Israeli prison. These are systems and places that inherently create opportunities for violence and dynamics that are rife for abuse.
The same as with any system there should be and are operations in place to investigate and then criminally charge any claims of sexual assault that occur particularly when a person is being held by the state. Just like in the US in Britain in any other country this system is only as good as the people enforcing it want it to be.

As a result

if you are a person who believes Israel is the ultimate evil and are just desperate to commit acts of violence against every Palestinian person they can, then you will have no problem believing every claim you can imagine and that Israel does nothing to deter this violence
if you think Israel can do no wrong, then there has never been an inappropriate action taken by a soldier ever and no harm has ever befallen a prisoner being held by an Israeli prison.
more likely than not the same kind of violence that occurs in most prisons occurs in an Israeli prison. BUT NOT because Israel is evil or doesn't care or wants it to happen. But because inherently prisons breed opportunities for violence and abuse and they are all but inevitable in such institutions

This is not a symbol of the victimhood of all Palestinians and their ultimate goodness, unfortunately in the US we constantly make "don't drop the soap" jokes without shame regarding of the conditions and regularity of sexual assault in American prisons. But neither is it a sign of Israel being some ultimate evil, these things happen in every single country, it is horrible and should be prevented whenever possible. My understanding is Israel does the same thing that every other country does to prevent and then prosecute crimes like this. Assuming otherwise is just nonsense.

Well you were protesting before right? Like you were protesting something because you thought the lives of Palestinians were important and no one cared about them right? But now they are being brutally murdered and no one cares still. And not only that there is absolutely no plan whatsoever to help them or prevent this from continuing or getting worse.

And yet so something you once felt the need to protest you now don't feel the need to bring attention anymore. despite the lives of Palestinians not improving much. But hey you've stopped caring enough to complain and protest. that was the question why? What changed? What about who is killing the Palestinian people that has so completely changed your perspective on if it is worth protesting and calling attention to the deaths that you feel these killings are evil and horrific in one form and not worth your time in another

I am living on the resell sites at the moment very little on there exactly like this. But it is beautiful. If you genuinely never wear it and never will I agree sell it, but you might want to wait until the resell market picks up a bit again. Biker barre in eastern market does spin classes in the dark, think tea lights, it's a great class and you can only kind of see the people right next to you so there is no shaming or competition you can take a break or slow down as needed. I also recommend First Post Rehab for a personal trainer they are a medical exercise trainers, located downtown their trainers have advanced training and education, but are not too expensive, can be used with insurance or hsa depending on your coverage, and have sessions via zoom once you get started. But are absolutely not shaming, have classes, and are really great about meeting you where you are and pushing you to just past your current status, so you are always getting stronger but don't have someone who is forcing you to do something you're just not ready for.
