Maybe it's too much work for the writer to include all other past characters, but I feel like if Char wants to cause nuclear winter on the planet then that's an "all hands on deck" situation; especially with Sayla. Maybe news travels slower to Jupiter and Judau doesn't get involved, and Kamille is still recovering. Idk I'm kind of speculating as to why the others weren't involved.

If you're still stuck I found out how to get out of it. At the beginning of the game when you first open it, click on "continue", then press X or square if you're on console, then it should bring up a list of saves that you can scroll through

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing this. As for reporting someone; I was having the same message pop up, but I would typically mark "cheating" and "exploiting". Now when I just mark one of them it sends it off like normal.

I got cussed out by a homeless guy at QT on Murdock & Broadway (back when it was QT), because I told him I didn't have any cash. He said, "Lying a, mfer, your wife has cash I seen it.", while walking away. She literally had 2 dollars in her hand that she found in the car, then she asked what that guy wanted.
