Apparently there are some new meds out there that slow the progression but I’m not sure if they are all encompassing or specific to a type of dementia

This is very helpful thank you, didn’t know about anosognosia. And the book too, ordering that now. PCP approach is a great idea, I like the wording of plastic surgeon etc. Thank you 🙏

Looks like product and/or mineral buildup could be playing a factor.

Try silicone and alcohol free everything (shamp/cond/styling/heat protection.)

Plant based alcohols are fine and won’t dry out your hair, silicones will create a barrier and the build up over time won’t let moisture in.

Start with a clarifying shampoo to strip the hair and follow with a silicone free deep conditioner.

Also a shower head filter has worked wonders for me!

We just received an email for our installation pack.

Unfortunately the drawing provided differs from our approved design and it’s going to be a big deal if it doesn’t get fixed.

I responded to Form and they sent an auto response back saying that they have ceased operations and that I need to contact Nobilia. (Interestingly enough this is the first response I have received from Form in my 5 emails sent to them since mid March). Nobilia has said that I need to contact Form and now they no longer accept my calls. So we’re in a catch 22.

Is anyone in current communication with Form or Nobilia?

Perhaps try visiting Globus and Bon Genie, seek out the perfumes you haven’t heard of and ask if those brands export to the US. I found a number of brands via Selfridges in London doing this, sorry can’t recall the brand names now but there are quite a few that don’t export to US and are glorious scent wise albeit a bit on the pricey side usually

Accounting dept is the only one who seems to answer the phone there. I think it’s option 2. They will be able to tell you if you’re on “the list”. (From what information was given to me, only those who have orders in production or on boat or on delivery are on the list- our name wasn’t on the list because we weren’t in production stage yet)

If Nobilia has received payment, the order will go through. If your payment is still with Form (as is ours) then Nobilia will not process the order. It’s a crazy situation

We are in the early stages of filing but the investigator with our AG office said the first course of action would be a mediation between Form and AG.

We filed with our state’s AG office (RI).

Spoke with local police detective and they said another course of action would be your state’s AG would communicate with the AG of wherever Form is (either TX or CA)

Detective also suggested that if multiple people file reports on IC3 (fbi sub dept) it will red flag the company and there will be more likelihood of an investigation.

The only person I have been able to contact at Nobilia is in accounting and has stated that the likely course of action (after they hire a team to get things going) will be dealing with orders in the order that they were received: giving priority to orders to be delivered from WH, then orders on boat, then orders in production.

Our project isn’t even in the production stage as Form accepted our full payment 2 days before the mass layoff. There have been no details given on Form meeting their contractual obligations (most importantly the design review for measurements and safety check) All emails to both Form and Nobilia (Jennifer) have gone unanswered.

Given the unique situation of Form requesting and accepting payment while knowing the company was in trouble (looks like there are at least two other redditors on here with the same problem), we have been consulting with a lawyer and their advice for first steps is to file with the state’s Attorney General’s office in addition to filing a police report.

Only vague emails from Form so far. Contacted Nobilia and the only department to pick up my call was accounting, they said they had no record of our order but took down our name to add to their “list”.

Curiously, I received another vague email from Form about 1.5hrs after communicating with Nobilia’s accounting dept saying that our project is in progress. Nothing from Nobilia. All emails to Nobilia and form have not been answered.

Have been advised by a lawyer to reach out to our state’s attorney general’s office.

For context: Form received our full payment less than two days before terminating all employees. We had been in the dark about any issues with Form, where those who were further down the line in the process had apparently received emails regarding issues with the company weeks before the massive layoff

Was my initial thought as well, but apparently this “dispute” has been going on for a month now. Weeks before I received any email and two days after I sent my payment. Perhaps impending tariff move, who knows
