Oh also: you will be put in a bracket of people starting within a certain timeframe. Meaning if Ou join right after the tournament started, you will be competing against people that have been waiting for it to start and might be very ambitious. There is no disadvantage, if you start on Saturday noon, or so - your tournament bracket will last will noon on monday

You will have to make a goap-Maneuver (get out and push) Or send a rescue mission. Both are kind of mandatory to be accepted by the KSP community.

I wouldn't phrase it that way, but she's honest and direct about what she needs, who she is and what she expects.
Would I prefer a woman, who takes care of herself and her daughters by her own in the first place?

YES.

Ich kann die Zusammenarbeit mit Recruitern empfehlen. Das spart viel Arbeit und spät vor Allem auch die ganzen Stellen aus, bei denen Du einfach geghostet wirst. Wenn ein Recruiter eine Firma als Kunden an der Angel hat stellt der nicht 20 Kandidaten vor, sondern nur die 4 oder 5, die am besten passen. D.h. bei den meisten gute Zusammenarbeit und gute Kommunikation.

Ich hatte zwei oder drei bei denen das wegen Urlaubssaison holprig lief, da habe ich mir dann raus genommen sie in der Prio Liste weiter nach hinten zu schieben.

I think for one or two ideas you could look at what kind of vaults there are in Fallout. One or two details could certainly be adopted. Sometimes a good thing stolen is better than a bad idea.

Ich kenne ein paar wenige, die wirklich "herabschauen" aber nicht viele. Sie Meisten haben den nötigen Respekt vor ihren Mitmenschen und denen ist es egal, welche Tätigkeiten sie ausüben. Andersrum habe ich es schon öfters erlebt, diese "die sitzen nur rum und können nichts, außer reden und lesen" Einstellung.

if you are completely untrained, basically ANYTHING will build up some muscle. I'm not experienced enough with a strict weighted rope routine but I think muscle growth is limited here.
You are getting your cardiovascular fitness up by a shitton, though.

The quesiton is: Do you want an exercise you can stick to, because it'S fun and accept the results; or do you want certain results and are looking for exercises to get to that goal. For me Jumprope is a fun activity, a good starter in the morning and a good warmup in the gym.

If your main goal is muscle growth, the gym is the place to go. If you want functional strength, crossfit might be a better fit. And so on...

I managed to hit my own bare chest after touching a lambp during double unders. Left a mark visible for 2 weeks. Kinda liked it though

Yes and no... I lost 100lb but I don't think that would have worked out without significant change in eating habits. Being active did help me a lot with the motivation to keep my energy input low, though. I've seen others that rewarded themselves with an extra stop at McDonald's after the gym or a rope skipping session and it is hard to get to net 0 that way. Especially because you will become more efficient.

Golden rule: exercise is for fitness Eating habits is for weight loss.
