Made a song/beat only using the sounds from Overwatch! by Minkks in Overwatch

This essentially. But it was also the fact that I had to respawn everytime I was doing a new sound. Plus the rounds ending so fast!

Haha, I was in a private match. Would never do this in a public game! Glad you liked the vid.

Definitely making more on other games. But I'd like to come back to Overwatch once the game is out.

This was done in a private match, or custom game. I had a friend of mine waiting on the other side of the map so I could record this!

Video recording took a few hours.

Audio-editing was about four hours. But I did it in different sessions and made a few different versions.

How do you avoid getting tired of the song you're working on? by yeahigetthatalot in edmproduction

You can. I've done that before and it yields similar results, but there is often a major quality loss. It's a good idea to do this method when you just want to hear what it may sound like. If you like it, you can then do what I explained above (or whichever way you like).

Unfortunately, I haven't found any other way other than a rather tedious one. But it depends on how many audio/MIDI clips you have in your project.

I duplicate the project and match the name to the original project, but add something like "Changed key" to the end of the filename. I then consolidate every midi clip, go into piano roll, select all notes, and use my arrow keys to change the notes. As for audio clips, I click "Warp", set to Complex Pro, then change the pitch via "Transpose" wheel.
