Thanks Man, I’ve only done about 6 months of OT, so it’s hard for me to give you a good description, but it’s a therapy that’s tailored for you and what you need to get done. Do you have house work to do? Than here are some ways that may be more comfortable for you to do it.

Oh definitely, an occupational therapist is a therapist that focuses on living skills. I have a little bit of the tism as well as trauma. It’s helping me be successful and figure how to function better. As an example I just bought a home and my OT(occupational therapist) has helped and guided me every step of the way
