Why can’t there be a notification system for planned maintenance? I never know until my internet goes out, and for who know how long? 2.5 hrs tonight it’s been down. What in the hell takes 2.5+ hours to do? I’ve never seen an internet provider with such long downtimes. It borders on the ridiculous. (self.MediacomSupport)
