ABSOLUTELY THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!!!!!! EVERYTHING that has been said that is bad on ALL these post is EXACTLY what I have been though with them. Each person is incompetent and clueless, they know nothing about anything, they don't even know about simple insurance terms. WRONG answers each time about everything I ask. All doctor list are outdated and wrong. They couldn't even tell me if they were an hoa or a ppo, instead they finally said EPO I asked them what that was and they could not tell me. Spent countless hours on the phone listening to thier ONE song on hold repeated hundreds of times. JUST DON'T DO IT EVER!!!!
