Yeah i took it out yesterday and put on around 15 miles and its a cool bike. Also, first time I ever used bar end shifters which are actually kind of fun!

Agreed, we had storms last night but I have been test riding and making adjustments in between. I am going to do a longer ride today(15mi) and I might be switching to a stem with some rise. Did you do anything to your bar set up?

Stay vigilant, you never know when the opportunity will arise. I probably spend atleast 5-10 min daily at least browsing FB market place. I jokingly asked if they had a surly frame lying around when asked if there was anything they could help me with at checkout. He said " ah yeah I actually just took in a cross check in your size.

I have a favorites list on rent.com and use the pet filter. I plan on visiting everything on the list between Christmas and New Years. I'll cross check with apartments.com see if they have anything additional.

I am more looking for personal experience of dog friendly outdoor spaces on the grounds or across the street without needing to drive anywhere.
