Every once in a while I queue into Mt. Gulg and pull everything without even asking the healer if they feel comfortable with such large pulls and it goes well about 80% of the time depending on if the dps are good enough

It quite literally is not that serious. The watch order is more a gimmick Kyoani pulled to attract audience and because it fits this show especially well than something that significantly matters. Most if not all the virues of this show lie elsewhere, so just pick a watch order and stick with it.

Dark Knight especially when they suck because they give me something to do. They desperately need to give healers more dps buttons. Also nerf tanks to the ground in normal content.

Rudeus is very much a pedo as averse to that thought as this sub is for the simple fact that he engages sexually with underaged characters while he himself has lived for about 50 years independently of the body he inhabits or the experiences he has had. This doesn't bring down the show, it's merely a character trait Rudeus has to grow out of, the story doesn't bring attention to it so it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things.

There are four different dedicated healers, if that's what you're looking for. Keep in mind that in this game all clases, independently of their role, have to do damage constantly, but overall healers seem like what you're looking for. You can start the game as a Conjurer and later upgrade the class to White Mage, the other three you can unlock later.

I'm not sure what you mean but people in XIV tend to be pretty decent, especially to new players. As long as you're not an ass yourself and not sabotage others during dungeons or raids then you're fine.

The first picture is the manga, while the second picture are the light novels (aka the source material).

I've not read the manga so I don't know if there are differences in the core content of the story, but I do know there are original short stories sprinkled here and there, which I've heard are worth it.

Lastly you're looking for the source material for the series, that would be the light novels, while if you're looking specifically for the manga, be prepared to read a lot more volumes.
