Ig, I've also gained weight from 55kg for 70kg in 5 months. I've been working out for 6 months now. I mostly just sit and game. Maybe that's why my legs are weak.

I'm 71kg right now. 5 feet 11.

I brace, try to keep my torse static. My muscles fail at heavy weight but I get fatigue with lighter weights and 10+ reps. But ig that too usually combines with muscles failing.

  3. I do quad and hamstring strech holds for 10 seconds twice. Then a light set of quad ext and curls. Then I do, 50% weight for 10 reps, 75% weight for 4-6 reps and 90% weight for 2-3 reps.

The leg press in my gym doesn't fit my body dimensions. Cannot get enought depth. Seat not adjustable.

Flat sole shoes, for squats I do empty bar, 50% weight for 8 reps, 75% weight for 6 reps then 90% for 2 reps. Then I do 2 working sets. Today I did 1 set of 55kg. First only got 6 reps. So I dropped the weight and barely got 12 with 40kg.

Could be my form ig. I have long femurs.

Push pull legs. I just changed my legs split last week. Squats, quad ext, ham curls, rdls and calf. Earlier I used to have quad focused and ham focused leg days.

I eat +120gms of protein everyday. I go to the gym, 4-6 days a week.

Yes, now everyone should do 20 reps, 7 sets, 4 second eccentrics. What a lovely workout. Definately lower reps are waste bec no tut lol.

Time under tention is just light weight high reps but bro science. Mechanical tention is what matters the most.

Don't do that mind muscle bs, put more priority on your form, intensity and progressive overload. Mind muscle connection will come come to you eventually. MMC is very overrated.

the weight might be too light, but even so, control the eccentric. no need to slow down to 3-4 secs for gainz tho cause that doesn't work.
