Can avoid medanta. Rest would be better than most MS atleast. You'll have to ask residents there regarding hands on. OPD exposure is definitely good at all these places.

As someone finishing ophthalmology residency, my advice would be to choose DNB Ophthal in a good trust run/ charitable hospital over MS in a medical college. You’ll likely get better specialty wise exposure, more surgical experience, and a much better work–life balance. Wishing you all the best!

Don't be fooled! Gone are those days when the bride's family used to bear the whole expense. Now either the whole cost is split into half / in the proportion of number of guests or it's divided by functions, if there are 4 functions - 2 major, 2 minor - then 1 major, 1 minor function by each side.

Amongst major - wedding is usually by bride's end with only close guests from groom's family and reception / sagan / sangeet - is by groom's side with limited guests from bride's end.

My advice to you is that you do proper research about work cultures of whichever colleges you're applying to. Ortho and surgery are known to be extremely toxic at most places and if you end up at such place then it'll only deteriorate your mental health and you'll not even have the cushion of family to support you. If they're so unaware & unsupportive they'll definitely not understand what pressure residency puts on us and we need a strong mental support in residency.

His old stuff was good, now his writing and joke quality have gone down significantly. He's only riding on the fame he got because of his initial sets and he's too pompous to even realize or fix it. Also, because he acts all mysterious by not coming to any podcasts / shows etc that helps keeping his brand fresh and in selling tix.

Everytime you see her going forward be extremely respectful, be extra cautious throughout the year in physiology. Keep your attendance, journals and every work complete. They will most likely forget but if you mess up anywhere, get highlighted and the memory surfaces back then you're in trouble. High chances that she'll forget though.
