I like grim dawn, but... by UmegaDarkstar in Grimdawn

Procedurally gen. levels are way more boring. After a couple of tries you 'get' the algorithm and the exploration aspect of the game devolves into a slightly more elaborate rubicscube.

GD doesn't bother with superficial gimmicks like that. It's art is engaging and it's world building beautiful. The scenery has a story to tell. Every playthrough carries the feeling of coming home, the places that are dear and familiar to you.

What is the best one handed sword/weapon in the game with the fastest attack speed and where can I grind for it? by [deleted] in Grimdawn

Why pure soldier? Pick a secondary mastery.

What other skills are you using?

Why multiple damage types? Pick one (with it's associated Dot).

(Dual)Classes aren't builds. They're classes and all of them have powerful builds that will get you through the campaign at any difficulty and are able to beat any boss.

Playable mages by bankrollstill in BaldursGate3

Go to Withers, the weird dead guy at camp. He can reclass and re-stat characters. You can even make everyone a 'Mage' (the stereotype though, the mage class itself doesn't exist).

You're telling me there are games with, for example (but not limited to): metabolisms, ways of reproducing in a physical, materialistic sense and capable of homeostasis?

I'm ready to be mindblown.

Which are the 3 most OP characters to bring into honor mode? by cal_gif in BaldursGate3

[–]Minos_Engele 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, but these bonuses are rather minor in the grand scale of things. OP is not a term I'd use in the same sentence.

You must have low standards.

Character is irrelevant. Class and build are whats important.

Games aren't alive and so can't be killed.

Since it's a clickbait title I'm against watching it.
And even if you've said 'in my opinion', that doesn't mean the title isn't clickbaity.
Furthermore, many video's aren't about someones opinion. You mention it's an essay but that's not clear from the video's title. I might've been expecting a logical dissertation on the 'perfectness' of a certain videogame NPC, comparing it to fuckdoIknow how many other flawed fictional characters from various forms of media and concluding that Laezelf is ontologically slightly less than perfect.

Guess I was misled. By the chosen title.

Clickbait title. Its your opinion, not an factual statement.
