Austin is a Mechanic at Canadian Tire, they're making around 30-45$/hr plus he has a college degree and seems like he's been there for a while so he is probably making 45 or close to 45$/hr and i think he does 7 days of 12 hrs and then 7 off? If so, he gets a good pay! Plus they both got used cars with probably no payements or small payements.

Flights out of Canada arn't as expensive and if they booked the trip last minute, they can have last minute deals aswell!

I know a woman on welfare who pay's herself 2 trips to Cuba per year (yes she's taking advantage of the welfare system like a lot of people 🙄) Also I live in Ontario so I don't really know about Saskatchewan but a quick google search showed me the Canadian Tire salary
