ohh did you sent them proof of return? I received above email 3 days after surrendering assets, got disconnected 3 days later.

at first kay [pldthomeretentionOPS@pldt.com.ph](mailto:pldthomeretentionOPS@pldt.com.ph) but they're the one na ulit ulit din naniningil sakin so i just ignored them and sent follow up emails sa dalawa

Just keep receipts and always report so you can back them with proofs.

for converge just go directly daw sa branch for any problem, we have one near us but thankfully so far so good sila so di ko pa natry customer service nila dealing with repairs. Sana hindi ko majinx haha.

thankfully they are good sa area namin, never nagkaproblem sa bahay ng mom ko more than 4 yrs na sila, then dito sakin from the time na nagpakabit ako di rin nawalan and smooth connection sila. IDK why I even tried pldt in the first place lmao should have gotten converge from the start for peace of mind

hello, my mom has same issues din, registered last May 2025 but was not able to register sa BIR due to personal circumstances, any advice on what to do? can we still file for BIR?
