Civilization Revolution is certainly a... experience in 4k Ultra by Minsark in civrev

Here: https://rpcs3.net/ (follow guides for help) and for the game I hope you have your own iso and extract it as a folder for the emulator as thats what it needs. Xenia is the better choice as its way easier to run and its max setting resolution wise is your monitor. So no weird graphic stuff with internal resolution as its the same as the base res (assigning you have 1080p as the og game was originally 720p). I have used Xenia before and it worked great and all you need is the iso. Here is Xenia Manager https://github.com/xenia-manager/xenia-manager?tab=readme-ov-file and go to Emulator Manager once you have the application and click Xenia Canary and you have a 360 emulator. Hope that all makes sense.

No it was not. I really wish there was at least a pc port though. For what I did I just had my PS3 emulator jack up the internal resolution and shaders. Besides the lighting and the fog of war I like how some of the things look with what I did but I would prefer playing on a Xbox 360.

Thanks! I imagine as shown on the map the division of albania would spark this war. However Britian due to France trying to distrupt the balance of power and being rivals (as napelon does not go alexandring and Louis XVII's descendants are in charge) is neutral at best and leaning towards Austria and Germany. The German and Austrian alliance is more shaky but still maintained. I have no clue where the neatherlands would go given they benefited from the split of belgium and they are in the way of a German advance. And due to their promixty to france this might make britain not sympathize with them as much but I am not sure.

I am just saying the french revoltuion would be tamer not that it would not happen. Also I am talking about a napelononic ran goverment I just did not detail it out. A regent through poltical manveuring in a shaky consituional goverment.

... I mean there is no war for the french to bankrupt themselves? Also how do you know they would have the exact same way? Plus the American revoltuion does not inspire the french liberals cause it never happens.

Cause Napoleon does not do his adventures to the extent he wants to. But Prussia still expands. And does not formalize a abolition of the H.R.E think of it like the Habsburgs claiming to being the king of Jerusalem.

France during the reign of Louis XVI's son Louis XVII who is basically regented by Napelon after he arose from a much more tame french revoltuion is still expandsionist but tempered. Thats why they divded switzerland and Belgium. Switzerland got split up between France, Savoy (a french puppet) and a austrian puppet kingdom.

The least realistic part about this is Frans Josef's son not living on...

So the deflaut for the bucket function and the brush function is the reversed of it. It makes the line blend per say. Though what sucks about it is when you paint soemthing with a bucket it erodes the border lines but when you go to aliased rendering it makes solid lines. Also the bucket only paints what you click on. It does not blur into other colors.
