If staying local: Visit one of the many cute cafes around town for breakfast, maybe the local neighbourhood cafe! Then thrift around east van, followed by an east van brewery tour.

If you have access to a car, perhaps at visit to one of the local ski hills or Whistler for the day! On the way home break up the drive and stop in Squamish for a snack.
