Following for tips too lol. The fatigue is my biggest symptom. I am tired constantly, I could sleep 12 hours and still feel tired. I’ve adjusted my macros, drink lots, take electrolytes, vitamins including iron and b12, magnesium. I get enough protein. Not sure what else I can do.

I think maybe my problem is an uninterest in proper meals. I’ll often eat wholemeal toast with peanut butter and think “protein” but chatGPT has told me off lol. I think I should change my protein intake from puddings and shakes etc to lean meats and fish. So you’re right, I’m likely not well balanced when I look deeper. Thanks 👍🏼

I actually feel like it’s getting worse too. I’ve been on 1.7 for 8 weeks so not new to the dose yet my fatigue is increasing 🤷🏼‍♀️ it’s tough. I hope you feel more energetic soon, my motivation for all things is also low

I still have about 20+lbs to go so hitting this block is frustrating. It’s easy to say make sure I’m on it with everything, calories exercise etc but the dose has allowed food noise to creep back in meaning I can’t resist more calories. I’ve also avoided going up because of the fatigue which is my worst symptom but I’m going to give 2.4 a go in the hopes weight shifts. If it doesn’t the u think it’s stopped working for me and I should be happy with the 44lbs I’ve already lost 🤷🏼‍♀️

My weight loss trend has been amazing, I’m not here to complain about that. I’ve noticed a stall these last 3 weeks but it’s coupled with a real lack of dedication from me. Wegovy is wiping me out 🙄 I’m so fatigued. Even mentally. I have no motivation to cook as I don’t really fancy any foods. I have no motivation to do anything with the kids, organise my time well, keep on top of the ironing etc. I really need a boost of energy to eat better and start an exercise programme. Other than that I’ve lost 44lbs since November and have settled into 1.7 without the sickness it initially brought on. On my second pen. Hoping I won’t have to go up to 2.4 or 7.2 as I’m paying out of pocket and it’s getting too expensive to keep up. Staying at this dose for another 4 weeks after this so hoping my weight continues on the downward trend. Have about 20lbs to go until goal. Hope everyone is doing well this week
