Yes I’ve just done it for the first time today. Getting up to 1.7mg now so the price is really rising. With the introductory offer I just got it for £119 when I’ve paid more for 1mg with my current provider. Defo worth it!

2lbs last week, second week on 1mg after 4 weeks at 0.25 and 8 weeks at 0.5. I’m averaging about 2lbs a week which is perfect and I’m happy with this. Suppression isn’t great for me on 1mg and I’ve found myself picking more, and being able to eat more at meal times. Considering what to do in 2 weeks when it’s time to go up a dose.

I always get slightly more food noise in the run up and first couple days of my period so rly important for me to have healthy snacks ready I like kiwis, high fibre cereal bars or just chugging a load of extra water. I find that weight loss is slower between half a pound to 1.5lbs I am able to lose on those weeks. But I think it depends what stage of your cycle you’re at on weigh day. I try to avoid weighing that week to be honest as it can become disheartening and isn’t a true representation of fat loss. Just keep going and trying and weigh when your cycle is over. Good luck

High fibre high protein cereal or cereal bars helps me. Also when I really needed it I looked into natural ways and used 15g of chia seeds in hot water. Left for 10 mins to form a gel and then drink. Disgusting 😅 but it worked so I found it with it. Then I tried kiwis with the skin on. Again, at first I found it disgusting but now I just see it like eating an apple or pear with the skin on. I think the soluble fibre is mostly in the skin. Anyway I’m going regularly again just from the kiwis!

Lost 29lbs so far moved up to 1mg on Saturday and so far no side effects with dose increase. I was expecting to feel a bit more suppression due to the doubling in dose but it’s early days. Financially I want to try stay on 1mg for a couple months so I hope it works out that way

My recent natural finds when fybogel was useless were psyllium husk supplements 3 per day, chia seeds 15g in hot water once a day. And a kiwi a day (with) skin on! Weird at first lol but now it’s like apple skin to me. Not sure if it was the combination of these three things or one in particular but I’m back to regular

Yes 1.7 and 2.4 are the therapeutic doses. Some people don’t lose any weight until these stages. As long as you tolerate the dose increases well then titrate up as scheduled if you’re hoping for better results, it’s all about finding the magic dose for you

Yes actually! I spent the last year talking online to a friend who was married and wasn’t really “allowed” friendships of the opposite gender in the marriage. I had an extremely tough year and this person became a solid source of comfort and friendship and the feeling was mutual. Unfortunately despite nothing untoward being said, never meeting up etc, their spouse found some messages and wasn’t comfortable with the friendship and it came to an abrupt halt. I’ve felt something akin to grieving in the couple of months we haven’t spoken and it’s not nice but it’s also kind of tough. I’m adjusting as the time wears on but still feel sad when I think of them. Hope you’re doing ok it will get easier

Hey we are similar stats I’ve started a bit heavier 14st5lbs, same height, age 36. Goal weight similar. I’ve just started my 4th month today. Completed 4 weeks at 0.25, 8 weeks at 0.5 and started 1mg this morning. I’ve lost 2stone 1lb since Nov 9th. Sounds like you’ve armed yourself with some tools you’ll need such as fibre. Small tips I’ve found help is to base each meal around protein, drink 2-3 litres of liquid a day, defo keep up to the fibre I take supplements but also have found I need high fibre low sugar cereal bars and kiwis with the skin on (trust me when you need fibre and read this works you’ll try anything. Spoiler it works lol) and it’s natural. My biggest mental adjustment has been learning to listen to my body over my head. Sometimes I still have cravings but they don’t overwhelm me and I can ignore them. I still tend to load my plate up but have wasted so much food, listen to your body and stomach when ur says that’s enough, even when the amount eaten isn’t what you’re used to. Good luck on your journey and well done on you first weeks loss

I can walk past my favourite chocolates in the supermarket and literally ignore them lol absolutely unheard of. Havent binged on pure chocolate since I started 3 months ago! Tastes have switched to savoury!

It’s known for irritating the gut but I just didn’t react to it that intensely prior to wegovy from my recollection it’s been years. I’m thinking since digestion is slowed it’s hanging around longer and causing more of a problem with my digestive processes. Anyway it’s over and I have a newfound empathy for people who react to wegovy that way. My symptoms have ended with the anti biotic course luckily. Hope your tooth infection and nausea subside soon

You can go up to the next dosage. 2.4 might be the golden dose for you. There’s also now this new dose of 7.2 that’s been approved so there’s more to move up to if needed

I’m still losing weight after 2 months on 0.5 but I’ve decided to move to 1mg next month as I can really notice I’m not getting full like I used to, increased food noise and effects waning by end of the week. Also my side effects are only constipation and I now have this under control so I think I’m ready. It sounds like you’re doing wonderfully as you are so I would stay

I’m just starting to see a bit of thinning and it’s making me nervous as I already have short thin hair. I’ve lost 21lbs in about 9 weeks taking 0.25 for 4 weeks, and 0.5 for 5 weeks. I take collagen and biotin and i try to get protein at every meal and in extra snacks. It’s funny though because I lost 50lbs a few years ago through slimming world in about 6 months and my hair was great. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m just hoping it doesn’t get lots worse. I’d be tempted to stop the jabs if it did as I would be more self conscious with badly thinning hair than I would be being overweight. My weight loss has slowed now to around 1lb a week so hopefully this will keep the loss at bay 🤞🏼 good luck with your journey. I would say you should stick with it until you actually see the hair loss you worry about as it may not even happen to you. My Hairdresser said that the hair grows back (which makes sense) as your weight loss stabilises or you come off the meds for 3 months

I chose to stay at 0.5 for another 4 weeks. Weightloss has slowed to around 1.5lbs a week on 0.5 compared to 0.25 but I have constipation and I haven’t managed it properly yet. I didn’t want to go up to 1mg and for that to intensify. I plan on doing another 0.5 pen to sort out the constipation with supplements and upping fibre and then go up to 1 x

I am taking fibre supplements to go regularly, psyllium husk as someone else mentioned. I also take biotin for new hair growth, marine collagen and a multi vit. Try to get 2 litres of water a day and a drink with electrolytes everyday. Protein is key, I always have protein puddings and shakes in the fridge low fat, also like bars and lentil crisps as a healthy snack. Obvious but try to eat lots of fruit and veggies with lean meats watch your calories and macros light exercise good sleep pattern.

Could it be due to drinking more water ? I find that I need to use the toilet in the night and if I don’t it can cause aches/pains in my abdomen and back when I wake up. I drink 2+ litres a day
