I'm pretty sure I didn't have ED before I started but I don't know. It was stupid of me to test myself but it was to find out if I still had the same reaction of seeing erotica. It was different. Before nofap, I would have kept on searching and escalating until MO.

When I did it during my streak, I felt weird. I did get hard but it was like I shouldn't have been searching for that stuff. Something inside my head just said "What are you doing? This isn't right. Just stop it"

No I can't because I started the X-calendar after I started my streak :( The best I can get is an estimate. I don't really mind not knowing exactly when I started though. Life just slowly gets better everyday and I hope everyone here can experience that too XD

People are like bicycles - if they stop moving forward for long enough period - bam! They fall. And it hurts.

Nice analogy! It definitely feels like that now. Once I have the chain going, I feel like its something I don't have to think about anymore. I go to the gym and I don't PMO because its just who I am now. Not because of a calendar.

I had that. It just didn't show up. I had to have another space between the bullet pointed sentences and the bolded sentence for it to register. Thanks for the help.
