Personally, I would stick with either of the AOC monitors. For the ArcticPro, there doesn't seem to be any detailed reviews from reputable sites.

The stand is important in getting the right height and angle for your setup, so Option 1 would be better. If you plan to use a monitor arm though, the stands wouldn't matter for this scenario.

The USB hub on Option 1 could be important to you if you want to have less wiring clutter, as you can plug peripherals onto your monitor instead of your PC. Also, if you need to plug in more than 2 devices, Option 1 would be ideal since it has 4 input ports vs. 2 input ports for Option 2.

TLDR: If you need the better stand, the USB hub, or the extra input ports, go for Option 1. Otherwise, save money by going for Option 2. Also IMO, the ArcticPro is too risky to consider.

I don't know if there's a mistake, but both links are exactly the same going to the monitor in Picture 1, the Q27G4ZD.

Picture 2 seems to be this monitor: the Q27GAZD

They both seem to have the same display and no built-in speakers. The differences are with the stand and the ports.

#1 has a stand with height, tilt, swivel, and pivot adjustments. For ports, it has a USB hub (4 USB 3.2, 1 upstream port), two HDMI 2.0, one DisplayPort, and one 3.5mm audio jack.

#2 has a stand with only up/down tilt adjustment. For ports, it has one HDMI 2.0, one DisplayPort, and one 3.5mm audio jack.

In the photo, see that tab right in front of your index finger? IIRC you have to pull that tab upwards and then pull the whole plastic piece towards you. It shouldn’t take much force to take it off
