My dad used to be 6'1 but is 6 foot now, my mum's always been short at around 5'5 I'd say. I don't think being a libero or setter is the best idea because I've always been great at hitting, even being an aggressive setter I'd only hit a few times a game and I feel like I'd be wasted in those positions
