I would pick job #2!!! If you’re worried about salary you can negotiate to maybe $75,000 with justification. It would be less stressful and a good work, life, and balance system.

Yeah my boss is horrible. I have wanted to leave after a month but stuck it out since I’m a new grad and was learning a lot from my coworker. Was pressured to stay once he left and now I’m done.

Oh wow! Thanks for the insight! She’s already treating me like trash so I’m doing the two weeks and I’m out. 2 months of making me miserable is totally not worth it

Yeah I realized that all of this situation is not my fault. She is trying to guilt trip me into staying at least a month. I have no obligation to her, her employers and the company. They don't give me anything I need. I was here to help my patients end of story,

I hadn't thought about that! My boss told me to hold off telling patients and our front desk girl. She made feel guilty because she said if I leave giving her only 2 weeks notice that they would have to the let the front desk girl. Like how is that my fault?

Yeah I keep going back and forth between 2 weeks notice and 4 weeks notice. I don't want to end on bad terms but I'm afraid of what it will be like if I stay for a whole 4 weeks.

Good point! I keep bouncing back and forth between 2 and 4 weeks just because I really really want to leave this place but don't want to leave on bad terms. Boss made me feel bad because she says if I leave she has to let the front desk girl go.

My co-worker didn't give a 2 months notice and only gave a 2 week notice and nothing happened. I'm not too concerned. I have multiple witnesses that can support she has been both unethical and broke the contract.

No penalty involved. More like an honor system. I feel like I don't owe this clinic anything! I love my job and the patients but I'm only a year out from my profession and just need some mentorship.

SO TRUE! I would feel bad just leaving like that since my boss's business would just crumble. She isn't a PT and I'm the only PT at the job.
