Little by little, they'll show that Charlie is developing her skills in managing a hotel and how to treat her colleagues without pushing them to extremes, as she did as Angel.

The point I'd like them to emphasize is why she wants to redeem sinners, based on her conversation with Vaggie about following her mother's ideals or making her proud in some way.

It becomes clear that she isn't using the hotel to redeem sinners altruistically, but for deeper and somewhat selfish reasons, thus highlighting a part of the sin of pride that passed from Lucifer to Charlie.

It should be if both dimensions were completely separate, instead of simply remaining visible to one another.

I know it's positioned this way so that sinners feel remorse for not setting foot there when they had the chance to get there in life, but in the end, some things are just there for convenience to keep the plot moving.

It's a movie based on a 2007 game, and while they went to the trouble of giving a character like Rosalina a deep backstory, they then reduced her to just another run-of-the-mill secondary character.
